Much of the data and imagery on the site can easily be tracked if it is re-used on another website, and if any of our content is found published on another website or anywhere at all without prior written permission, it will be interpreted as deliberate and malicious theft of our intellectual property and will be pursued aggressively in all cases. Use of this site in any way constitutes acceptance of these regulations and ignorance of the rules of Copyright will not be a valid argument against legal action which will be taken in all instances. Do NOT steal text, images or any other content from this site, you WILL be caught. If you do wish to use anything from our site in any way, simply Contact Us to ask permission and we will probably grant you full permission to do so, but please ask because if you choose not to ask first then your motives will be treated as dishonest and malicious. ALL DOG TRAINING IS HEAVILY DEPENDANT ON THE CHARACTER OF THE DOG WHICH IS BEING TRAINED AND THE PERSON DOING THE TRAINING. We are the information provider, YOU are the trainer and as such YOU are responsible for what happens with your dog. Our Dog Training techniques and methods are dispersed on this site for the benefit of all dog owners and all dogs wherever they may be in the world. All of our methods have been developed, tested, used and finely tuned through actual use with dogs of all kinds throughout the world. These methods have seen some fantastic successes over the years. HOWEVER, dogs, like people, are all individuals and no particular method will work 100% of the time with 100% of dogs. As a result, we expect that anyone using the techniques described on the website has sufficient knowledge and maturity to adapt them, when needed, to a particular dog or situation. In dog behaviour, every situation and environmental in which a dog is being trained has an effect on the dog’s responses, and by using our website you acknowledge that you will use all of our information purely as a guide to help you train a dog based on your more in-depth knowledge of that particular animal and its needs. We accept no responsibility for any injury, harm or damage, whether mental or physical which may occur in either a dog or a person or any other object as a result of your activities, whether using our methods or not. We offer our training methods, obedience techniques and ALL information on the site to you on the explicit assumption that you will use it sensibly and humanely, with utmost consideration given to the dog at all times. We accept no responsibility for any loss, injury, damage or any other cost-incurring outcome which takes place as a result of your actions whilst implementing our techniques or canine practices yourself. You are entirely responsible, and if you are not prepared to take this responsibility seriously and to place people’s safety (including your own) and canine welfare as being of utmost importance, then you are hereby instructed not to use any of our information in any way whatsoever. To put it simply, the information we provide, and what you do with it are two totally separate entities, and we accept no responsibility whatsoever for anything you do as a result of reading our information. We only accept responsibility for dogs which we visit in person and train ourselves, as this is the only way we can be sure that there are no underlying medical or behavioural problems which should be addressed prior to, or during training. Finally, please bear in mind that some dog behaviour problems are rooted in a medical condition or physiological problem on the part of the dog. Therefore we urge all those who have a dog with behaviour problems to seek professional advice from a Veterinary Surgeon PRIOR to any attempts to adjust or prevent certain behaviours through training of any kind. Please ALWAYS have your dog seen by a trained medical professional whenever you believe it is behaving strangely in any way. Use of this site in any way constitutes full awareness and understanding of all the conditions and assumptions explained on this page and throughout our site. Remember – safety first, dog welfare second, what you want from your dog…third. Thank you, please now enjoy the site and all the excellent information available here. |
