(Contact Form & Client Testimonials at bottom of page)
PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE UNABLE TO TAKE ON ANY NEW CLIENTS FOR BEHAVIOUR OR TRAINING CONSULTATIONS DUE TO INCREASED CURRENT COMMITMENTS.

1. These private consultations take place at your home or location you prefer and enable us to assess your dog's character, behaviour, and temperament, as well as YOUR behaviour and temperament (which is just as important!) so that we can prepare a plan of action to correct any unwanted behaviours, or train your dog to perform any specific task you require.
These consultations are charged @ £35 per hour within Bedfordshire, and £45 per hour outside the county to cover additional travelling costs and time.
2.
For those who we can't reach in person, a telephone consultation (or Skype text or voice consultation) can often cover all the details necessary to find the cause of your problems, and the relevant solution for you and your dog to follow. These are also a valuable way for you to gain assurance of what you are doing, and to generally feel more confident about the way you are handling your dog, as well as being able to offer suggestions for training tips, mistakes you may be making and pretty much anything else which can be covered in a conversation over the phone or online.
Telephone/Online consultations are charged @ £35 per hour based on us calling you at an agreed time which is convenient to both parties.
3.
We send you a questionnaire by email, and you answer these in detail to enable us to work out the cause and roots of your problems, so that we can prepare a report on the way forward for you and your dog.
(£95 for initial assessment & full report, £15 per email thereafter)
4.
We would urge anyone who is having problems with their dog's behaviour to join our Free Dog Training Forum where you can post a question for the panel, and we will offer you as much FREE advice as we can to help deal with any problems you are having with your dog's behaviour or training.
** BONUS! ** FREE 'Your Dogs' Page for ALL New Members this week!
(Please note that as this is a FREE service, advice and time spent in consideration may be limited for obvious reasons.)
(For Dog Training enquiries relating to an organisation, police force, charity etcetera, please contact us directly at contracts @ k9obedience.co.uk (remove spaces) with specific requirements and dates. Please bear in mind that there may be a delay of up to three months before a major project could be undertaken with a new client. Charities will be offered FREE assistance when possible.)
We look forward to meeting you and your dog!

Testimonials |
“Thank you for your e mail, and all the advice you have given me!” |
- Heather Gore, Spain |
"I have been really pleased and impressed, the articles are really really informative and helpful, as though you are talking directly to the reader. I found the article on Recall and Stay really useful. I have a pack of five young dogs which came together fairly quickly, I had no real knowledge of dog training and felt very lacking in confidence with the dogs, which of course was reflecting in their behaviour, so I have been reading as much as I can…so thank you again. Pass on my thanks to all concerned and well done! I’m not looking to do shows or anything with my dogs, but as you say, just for them to have lovely manners." |
- Liz Cox, Kent |
"I really enjoy reading your information. I love the mix of articles and find it easy to read and very informative. Some things really made me think, such as your tips about giving visual commands without noticing! As well as being entertaining to read, it has given me things to practise before the next visit, can’t wait!" |
- Frances Evans, Gloucester |
“So much useful information here! Please continue writing, as it is so informative and the articles are suitable for a wide variety of dog activities and interests. Keep up the good work and many thanks for your kindness.” |
- Pauline, Yeovil |
“Whilst researching issues about Clicker Training, I found your article via a weblink. The article and others of yours were both practical and thought-provoking…" |
- Tara Cooper, Northern Ireland |
"Thank you very much for the information, enjoy it very much, especially the article on ‘Recall’. The SIX trainers we have had have not come up with any solutions!" |
- Mrs. Bird, Hertfordshire |
“I have enjoyed reading your information and have been able to improve my relationship with our lovely hound. Good wishes for the future.” |
- Mrs. M. Driver, Lancashire |
“Thanks to your people, I got a B+ for my canine studies assignment and revision questions for the Canine Studies course I am studying. I used some of your articles for my coursework but I didn't misuse it and put it as my own! I did put the editor's name and I would like to say ‘Thanks' because it really helped me in becoming an animal behaviourist and psychologist.” |
- Joanne C., Surrey |
“All our Dog Trainers and helpers study your advice avidly, and find it most helpful and entertaining to read. It is nice to read about different problems and how to solve them, sometimes with different methods to those usually used in classes.” |
- Yvonne, Waggie Tails Dog Training Club |
"I am so pleased with your dog training information, it has been so helpful both to me and to some of my friends at the dog club where I teach. I have been associated with dog obedience for more years than I care to say, having been taught by people of the standing of Dave Churchman, Bill Shackleton & Fred Ratcliffe in the 1950’s and 60’s...once again many thanks for a very interesting read and hope you can help me and my friends at the club..."
