Hi to all,
my name is Lynn and I compete in obedience with my Keeshonds.
I started at pet classes with my first Kees Jasper, and my Samoyed Raine.
I wanted a pup but got Sophie, who was taken back by my friend- her breeder - as her owner died.
I took her to pet classes as I think it is important to let dogs use their brains. She was a bit naughty but wonderful and I started competing with her.
We went back to my friend for a pup and got Rumour - her name because we waited so long for a pup. She got me out of pre-beginners and novice, she has won an A too.
She is now enjoying retirement. We went to see my friend's last litter, and his nibs fell in love with Xander - he who said no male dogs again!

He competes and has won 2 A's... so i am now worried about B. We got the delinquent Delco from another friend - yes loads of Keesie owners are my friends (and unfortunately lost our naughty little Sophie due to a liver tumour.)
He is totally different in his outlook on life to the other Kees i have owned! He is good, as in he doesn't run off etc, but work in a ring? He'd rather be digging holes somewhere!
At 3 he has just decided it might be ok and fun to do stuff for me with someone telling us where to go, and someone else with a clipboard following us round.
We enjoy our shows, training and picnics, but you definitely need a good sense of humour with Keeshonds!
